FINAL PROFESSION

“I will proclaim your greatness, my God and King. I will thank you forever and ever” December 6th 2014, a memorable and an auspicious day indeed for me, to commit myself totally to the Lord, on my Final Profession Day. Words are inadequate for me to express my inner happiness of the day. It was a dream come true, to commit myself fully to Jesus my beloved spouse. My heart and my whole being were singing the praise of the Lord. It was a great day to experience God’s unconditional love for me especially through different people who were present to celebrate with me. Beginning from my loved ones from home, my teachers from the Notre Dame Junior College of Education, my friends and above all my loving Sisters from the Provincial House Community and the close by communities.

Our Arch Bishop Bernard Moras was the main celebrant along with two other priests who concelebrated with him. Arch Bishop mentioned that I was special to commit myself on the year dedicated to Consecrated Life. I am ever grateful to myNotre Dame family who played a vital role in my religious life journey. Namely, my Superior General, Provincial, Formators and all the Sisters who supported me to be a beautiful instrument in the hands of God. Deep within my heart I experienced the many generous persons God send in my life who helped me to grow in the love of God, to seek His will and to do His mission. I am grateful to all of them for their prayerful support, self-sacrificing spirit, love and concern which helped me to be what I am today. With a grateful heart I thank God and one and all in the words our Blessed Mother “My soul glorifies the Lord, My spirit rejoices in God my Saviour.
