Finance Advisory Committee
Under Sr. Mary Sandhya’s guidance, the Finance Advisory Committee for the province is constituted to plan and monitor our finances in the society. The committee members are Sr. Sandhya, Sr. Divya, Sr. Jayanti, Sr. Prema, Sr. Pushpa, Sr. Chetana , Sr. Felicia and Mr. Ram, the auditor of the Barat Society. On June 29th , the committee came together for the first time and Mr. Ram briefed us about the new rules and regulations related to finances and emphasized the importance of working in compliance with the relevant legal laws. He talked about the new rules and regulations that would be implemented in the country during the course of time after the Budget Meeting. He said that all decisions will be centralized and everything is going to be mapped and interlinked. The auditing henceforth will be “System Driven”. He mentioned we must document everything accurately and should be aware of new rules pertaining to transactions, taxes, contributions, expenditure and its corresponding bills with GST and so on. We ended the day thanking Mr. Ram and all the participants for their active participation and for taking great interest to know the nuances of accounting.
